I really don't think

I will need a preacher man
to pray for me
in that casket,
for man,

if I never did plead
to God for
myself'

if I never showed up as
an upholder of a one, Him,

if I roller-coasted in my
trespasses through the days
and
nights
of my existence.

No amount of preacher man's
prayer will
make the most high
reconsider
my fate after
here.
